Mr. Paul C. Kanavos, Sr. has been the President at Circle Entertainment Inc. since August 20, 2007 and serves as its Principal Executive Officer. Mr. Kanavos Founded Flag Luxury Properties, LLC in 1996 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.

Prior to Flag Luxury Properties, he worked for over 20 years as the head of Flag Management. Mr. Kanavos has developed Ritz-Carltons in South Beach, Coconut Grove and Jupiter as well as the St. Regis Resort Temenos Anguilla. His early career experience includes a position at Chase Manhattan Bank, where he negotiated, structured and closed over $1 billion in loans. 

Mr. Kanavos serves as Chairman and Director of Flag Luxury Properties, LLC. He has been Director of Circle Entertainment Inc., since August 20, 2007.
